The K-12 Cyber Incident Map

The K-12 Cyber Incident Map, a visualization of publicly disclosed school cyber incidents from 2016 to present. Maintained as a public service by K12 SIX.

Established in 2020 by the Global Resilience Federation, K12 SIX is a nonprofit threat intelligence and best practices sharing community for members of the U.S. K-12 education community committed to preventing and responding to cyber threats, together.

With support from K12 SIX staff leveraging dozens of data sources and analytic tools, school and district IT teams share warnings about cyber threats, help each other mitigate potential attacks, share best practices, and develop K-12 specific tools and resources.

Collaboration is the best way to keep pace with K-12 cyber threats.
